Please Donate to the PTSA

The PTSA supports the Langley community by funding classroom and teacher support, academic teams, sponsoring and hosting events, and working to make sure our amazing Langley staff knows how grateful our families are for the great work they do for our students.

Please join the PTSA and donate here, and thank you for your support!  While you're at it, please check out our Back to School resource page for information on Langley class groups, boosters, and more.

Click here for additional information on how to support the PTSA!

PTSA Directory

A to Z Connect with Membership Toolkit manages the Langley PTSA private student directory for the exclusive use of Langley High School students, parents, and staff. The information that the county is legally allowed to provide to the PTSA is limited. You need to log in to your A to Z account and confirm what information you would like to be available in the school directory. This is not shared publicly; it's a resource for students, parents, and staff.

Please do not delay and update your information now. It will only take a few seconds.

School Entry Process

  • Kiss 'N Ride students will enter the building through Door 14.

  • Bus riders will enter through Door 10.

ALL students will need to pass through the weapons detection system as they enter the building. It will be slow at first, but as everyone gets used to the process, things should speed up.

NOTE If you're driving, please give yourself a little extra time to allow for traffic.

Class of 2029 Slideshow

Start sharing photos now for the Class of 2029 Senior Year Slideshow! It may seem like a long way off, but 2029 will come sooner than you can imagine. One of the most well-loved traditions of Senior Week (the week leading up to graduation) is the class video showing during the Senior Breakfast attended by seniors and their families.

YOU are always at the memorable moments of your child’s life--please share all the great shots you take of those times with us.

To share:

Scan the QR code and upload your photos to our shared photo file.

Our goal is to have every student and activity represented in our Senior Class Video.

Include only pictures of the Class of 2029 and only Langley High School events, e.g. sports, concerts, dances, theater, treat days, Saxon Time, and field trips.  THANK YOU!

What is "Service Learning?"

FCPS encourages all students to participate in meaningful community service. Community service hours are logged into Naviance/X2Vol, which students learned to use while at Cooper.

  • Students who spend at least 40 hours doing service activities during their high school career (10 hours per year) are eligible to earn a Service Cord to be worn at graduation.

  • Volunteer hours are recorded in X2Vol and verified only by activity sponsor or Ms. Karen Burke (Career and College Specialist).

    • Please note: students and parents may not verify hours

Any questions? Please reach out to Ms. Burke: keburke1@fcps.edu. If your student needs help getting into X2Vol.

What is "Saxon Service?"

Saxon Service is an opportunity for all students to earn one service hour once a month, in school, during Langley Links. Parents are always welcome to volunteer to help run Saxon Service! If you are interested, please email Julie Hohl: jbzimmerman@fcps.edu.

What is ANGP?

ANGP stands for All Night Grad Party. For 30 years, Langley Seniors have enjoyed a safe, fun all-night party after their graduation at Constitution Hall. The ANGP is sponsored by the LHS PTSA and hosted by an ANGP chair and committee of Senior parents.  Every LHS class provides volunteers to make the event a success. Freshmen parents setup, Sophomore parents decorate, Junior parents clean-up, and over 100 Senior parents organize and chaperone/work the event.

Seniors/graduates attend from 11:00 PM on the night of graduation until 4:00 AM the following morning. The goal is to reduce the risk of teen drinking and drug use on  graduation night, saving the lives of our teens and others in the community. ANGP provides our graduates a fun, safe, alcohol- and drug-free evening to celebrate one last time with all  of their classmates. Historically, more than 90 percent of the graduating seniors attend.
